A "what if" book provided to my clients free of charge. This book acts as a map of your life for someone who would assist your family in the event of your disability, or if you pass away.

Accessability, I am available to my clients 24 hours a day.

Timeliness: Basic plan with a will and disability documents before travel is often possible.

Clients facing the possibility of estate tax liability may reduce or entirely eliminate their liability with proper planning; As a result of the new Massachusetts legislation changing the estate tax, the threshold for filing an estate tax return and for paying tax is lower for Massachusetts purposes than it is for federal purposes.

Properly drafted wills may appoint guardians for your minor children.

After a death, the probate process in Massachusetts will take a minimum of one year. Funding a trust will remove trust assets from your probate estate, reduce attorney fees for estate settlement and allow immediate succession of ownership.
